ComMercial Information

The commercial area will have approximately 90,000 square feet of restaurants, retail, and office. Many of the retail buildings will be targeted to restaurants needing a drive through. The retail and office buildings are being designed by Salt West Studio. The retail and office buildings will begin construction as soon as Brighton has pre-leased a portion of the commercial space. The first few buildings will start in the winter of 2021, including a 40,000 square foot office building.
